From early spring to late autumn, thousands of residents of the city of New York Central Park used to exercise, walking, reading, sunbathing and share with their families.
The park stretches from 59th Street in the south to 110th Street in the north and from the 5th Avenue in the east to Central Park West on the west, covering a total of 843 acres.
During the summer, Central Park is home to various shows like Summer Stage, where well-known bands have free concerts in front of thousands of spectators.
Another summer tradition in Central Park are the theatrical performances of Shakespeare in the Park, where famous artists working in film and theater works of Shakespeare to the general public at the Delacorte Theater.
In winter, visitors to Central Park have the opportunity to enjoy Trump Wollman Rink track where they can rent ice skates and skate with the buildings of Midtown Manhattan in the background.
The main attractions are between 59 and 86 streets and may spend several hours walking the trails and enjoying the refreshments offered by vendors.

Visitor Center:
Located on the grounds of the former restaurant Tavern on the Green, the center of Central Park offers visitors information, maps and souvenirs from the park. Four of the most popular vendors in New York offer food and ice cream on the terrace outside the restaurant for the enjoyment of visitors.
Central Park Zoo:
The Central Park Zoo has exhibits of marine animals, polar bears, leopards, monkeys and red pandas. The zoo also has a theater 4D movies and special effects.

Puppet Theatre
Presentations on Saturdays and Sundays at 1PM.
Loeb Boathouse
Rental rowboats, kayaks, and bicycles. It also has a coffee with lunch and refreshments.
Central Park Carousel
This antique carousel show has been meticulously restored for the enjoyment of children and adults.
Strawberry Fields
Memorial to John Lennon on 72nd Street on the west side of the park.
